COURSE PATTERN

There are 5 modules in this course. Each module follows the same pattern:

Each Module has several "deliverables" (assignments) that you will complete. Every step of the module is intended to guide you toward successful learning of that content and completion of those assignments.
You will navigate through each Module, and complete each assignment. During the assignments, there will be readings and videos which will guide you and give you information about that assignment. Your assignments should show that you understand the information that you read.
Peer-to-Peer interaction and feedback is an important component to this course. Each week you will post your work to a common shared Google Folder (see "Posting Instructions" below). Post your in-progress work by Thursday of each week, so that your peers may view your assignments. Comment on at least 3 classmate's Assignments by Friday at midnight.
After you have received comments from classmates, finish your piece (making adjustments if need be). Once you have finished your assignment(s), replace the image(s) in the class Google-doc.
You may choose to redo an image after having received comments and a grade from the Instructor. As long as you posted the original image on time, redos are allowed.

Create a Google-doc for each Module.
Scan your images/drawings that you create. Different scanners work slightly differently. You will need to learn how to scan and save images with your own scanner. Save images at around 100dpi so that files are not too large. You will practice scanning and posting during the Intro assignment.
Paste your image(s) into your Google-doc and make comments if instructed to do so.
Make certain to "share" the Google-doc with "Anyone with the link can comment".
For each Module, your Instructor will email the entire class a class-wide Google-doc to post a thumbnail and the URL to your in-progress work and finished Exercises. You will be able to see all of your class-mate's works in thumbnail form and access their URL's with this classwide Google-doc.

MODULE 1 - Week 01. Exercises are due Monday (midnight) of Week 02.
MODULE 2 - Week 02. Exercises are due Monday (midnight) of Week 03.
MODULE 3 - Week 03. Exercises are due Monday (midnight) of Week 04.
MODULE 4 - Week 04. Exercises are due Monday (midnight) of Week 05.
MODULE 5 - Week 05. Final Deliverable is due final testing day (midnight, Saturday) of Week 05.
